Tiffany Russell PhD

Dr. Russell graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2013 with a BA in psychology and forensic science. She received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2019. Her mentor in graduate school was Dr. Alan King. Dr. Russell completed her predoctoral clinical internship training at Harvard Medical School & McLean Hospital’s Behavioral Health Partial Program. The Behavioral Health Partial Program treats people with serious mental illnesses utilizing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and psychopharmacological interventions. Dr. Russell completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School & McLean Hospital’s Fernside Signature Recovery Program, which is a residential dual diagnosis treatment facility. At Fernside, she worked with patients suffering from substance misuse, personality, mood, anxiety, and affective disorders. Dr. Russell is a licensed clinical psychologist in Texas and North Dakota. She is also a member of UND's Behavioral Health Initiative.
