The pivot to telehealth services significantly altered the way providers interact with their clients, organize their day-to-day schedules, and handle competing work–life demands. This second session on provider burnout will offer a panel discussion featuring several mental health professionals. The panelists will share stories, tips, and resources on how to foster resiliency and wellbeing for themselves and in their workplaces.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify stress and challenges experienced by mental health providers.
  • Apply 2–3 strategies to foster resilience.
  • Describe several strategies to foster resilience among supervisees and colleagues.
