This webinar is designed for students and professionals seeking a better understanding of the Alternative Model for Personal Disorders (AMPD). A distinguished panel of experts will guide attendees through a practical case presentation, demonstrating how the AMPD can be effectively employed in case formulation. The panelists will discuss Criterion A and its application to the presented fictional case, followed by an exploration of Criterion B in the same context. The webinar will also address the retention of select categorical diagnoses and their application to the case, offering attendees valuable insights into the model's practical implications. Additionally, panelists will delve into the psychometric properties of the AMPD, providing a well-rounded understanding of its empirical foundation.
